Once we have verified that the leads do not meet our criteria, we will replace them with new leads at no additional cost.

Exceptions

We do not offer replacements or refunds for leads that have been resold, shared, or used in any way other than for your own business purposes.

We also do not offer replacements or refunds for leads that have been contacted or sold within 48 hours of receipt, as we cannot guarantee that the leads have not been contacted or sold by another party.
